Ultrasonic gas flowmeters are intended for high-accuracy measurement (0.3%):

• Volumetric gas flow rate;
• Mass gas flow rate

In accordance with the Corporate Standard of Gazprom OJSC requirements, redundant computer aids, measurement archives and flow parameter measuring equipment shall be installed at the main metering stations of Category А. For this purpose, our Company designed special configurations of the UFG flowmeter.

Ultrasonic gas flowmeters are intended for high-accuracy measurement (1%) volumetric gas flow rate, mass gas flow rate, in operating and standard conditions in pipelines DN 50…100 mm PN16. Field of application ultrasonic gas flowmeters Turbo Flow UFG-F compact version unit of gas metering stations in gas distribution networks with pressure up to 1.6 MPa, modernization and re-equipment of metering units with measurement systems based on the turbine and rotary meters with electronic correctors and gas metering device nodes in the absence of power.

For objects with reverse and a pulsating flow gas (Automotive gas-filling compressor stations (AGFCS),compressor stations, bypass system with reversing motion of the gas) developed a special version of the flowmeter Turbo Flow UFG  is characterized by high rate of gas flow measurement. Development was carried out by the Special Design Technological Bureau “Turbo-Don” in the framework of scientific research and experimental design work

Measuring volumetric flow rate of gas transported via pipelines in gas supply / gas distribution systems.

Gas flowmeters Turbo Flow GFG-F are used for commercial and technological metering natural gas, single- and multi-component gases and non-aggressive gases (argon, nitrogen).

The flowmeter’s operating principle is based on the dependence of the oscillation frequency of the measured medium jet in the flowmeter’s sensitive element on volumetric flow rate of the gas flowing through it.

The Turbo Flow TFG-S flowmeter is used for visiting check measurements of gas flow rate on pipelines of any material. Field metering stations without stationary gas meters detecting unbalance, periodic short-term measurements and monitoring and functional check of controlled meters.

The Turbo Flow TFG-S flowmeter is used for measurements of volumetric flow rate and mass flow rate of gas (natural, free (associated) petroleum, nitrogen, air, inert and other gases of known composition), reduced to the standard condition.

The Turbo Flow TFG-Н gas flowmeter is used for gas flow rate measurement in the dynamic range 1:1,500.
